Foundation to wellbeing

A course on all things mental health and wellbeing – what are emotions and why do we have them (and why are they so big and awful sometimes)? How can we look after ourselves and our friends? This course is 4 sessions long starting on the 15th of April and then continuing on the 22nd and 29th, throughout these sessions we will look at different aspects of wellbeing and what that means for each individual. Come along and join us in some korero and kai!
