Foundations to Wellbeing

A two part course on all things mental health and wellbeing – what are emotions and why do we have them (and why are they so big and awful sometimes)? How can we look after ourselves and our friends? We will talk about what wellbeing looks like and  about different tools and strategies to use to  support our overall wellbeing. we will be looking at making some sensory toys as well.
