In this workshop we’ll be looking at what is important to us, and what strengths we already have and can grow. This course is ideal for teenagers who are dealing with the questions who am I? what is important to me? what am I good at? We also know that going through hard times, or seeing mental health professionals can bring a big focus to our “problems” so taking time to look at strengths and what has meaning to us is really important
