Over the next few weeks we will be introducing element to find a sense of calm, creatively communicate your emotions and help you on your wellbeing journey. We will look at a range of methods to help express your sense of self, through vision boarding, neurographic art therapy, Raranga/weaving, Stand up poetry and more. These courses are designed for individuals to challenge themselves with new methods of expression, self actualization, personal development and healing.
