This Wānanga focuses on using the medium of film as a form of therapy for young people, and their personal mental health journey. After watching a selection of movies, there is an opportunity to create your own film, alongside some of our trained facilitators, which will be showcased at the end of the the course in a special screening/presentation. This is an amazing opportunity to gain new skills in film, to create a powerful message and to further your learning in the areas of expressive arts. .
This 10 session Wānanga will run at the 4C centre, Hereford street, for the full length of Term 3. Come along every Thursday afternoon/evening each week at 5pm, starting on the 28th of July.
